What on earth does “Seija” mean? Well, “Seija” is a term that a great Karate
legend by the name of Bob Nash helped me to coin. I wanted a term that described
the warrior spirit of the old Samurai but also reflected the servant attitude of
the old Samurai as the word Samurai actually means servant. But I also wanted to
convey that these “warriors” were servants for Jesus Christ. Well, I’m sure you
have probably heard of the term “Ninja”? Well the “ja” on the end of “Ninja” is
in reference to soldiers, combatants, or warriors. The prefix “Sei” refers to
sacred, holy or devoted to God. So “Seija” basically means “Sacred Warrior” or
“Holy Soldier”.
